ROLE
– Design user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications based on business and user requirements.
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
– Translate designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
– Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
– Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
– Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
– Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
– Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
– Engage with the customers to playback the prototypes using show and tell workshops.
– Convert UI designs into high-quality, reusable, and responsive front-end components.
– Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data.
– Ensure UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
– Participate in code reviews to maintain UI quality and standards.
– Conduct usability testing, A/B testing and user research activities.
– Analyse user behaviour and feedback to enhance user experience.
– Continuously improve designs based on analytics and stakeholder input.
– Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
– Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Support UAT activities and resolve UI/UX-related defects.
– Maintain design documentation, UI guidelines, and component libraries.
– Ensure compliance with branding, security, and accessibility policies.

REQUIREMENTS
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
– Certification’s:
– Years of Exp: 2-5 years of experience
– Job Specific Skills:
– Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
– Good hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
– Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
– Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
– Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
– Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
