Senior Support Manager – Hyderabad

ROLE
– Lead and manage the team in all project coordination activities for various solar projects
– Ensure regular coordination with external and internal stakeholders for expediting approval
– Coordinate with various State Heads and be up-to-date with the project status
– Track and maintain dashboards to track TAT and performance
– Ensure all post-sales inbound and outbound communication are planned and executed as per the pre-set intervals
– Manage the team to ensure all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites are done on a regular basis
– Ensure disposal of all tickets and proper reporting of all relevant metrics to higher management
– Lead the various teams in sync with their respective KRAs and strategy of the company
– Task allocation and monitoring on a regular basis
– Provide support and training to team-members where required
– Regular reporting against all individual projects

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– Minimum 5 years of experience with a stint in a project management and/or customer support role
– Strong English verbal and written communication skills
– Knowledge of Project Management platforms like Zoho Projects
– Willingness to learn and be result driven
– Ability to think critically and organize work assignments according to their priority
– Collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external
– Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments
