ROLE
– Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual platforms
– Perform patch management, system hardening, backup, and recovery operations
– Monitor server performance and ensure system stability and availability
– Design, implement, and manage Active Directory forests, domains, trusts, and replication
– Administer user accounts, security groups, OU structures, and role-based access controls
– Ensure domain security, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting of AD-related issues
– Configure and manage DNS zones, records, and DHCP scopes
– Monitor and troubleshoot name resolution, IP allocation, and network integration issues
– Manage enterprise virtualization platforms including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
– Provision and manage virtual machines, resource allocation, and capacity planning
– Monitor and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure performance and availability
– Ensure high system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness
– Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive maintenance and optimization
– Implement and maintain security hardening standards for servers and virtual environments
– Support internal and external audits, vulnerability remediation, and IT policy compliance
– Provide L3-level support for complex infrastructure and system issues
– Participate in change management, documentation, and continuous service improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration
– Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server Administration
– In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controllers
– Strong experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
– Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks
– Exposure to manufacturing or plant IT environments will be preferred
– Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate / MCSE / MCSA
– VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Certifications
