ROLE
– Test Planning & Execution: Analyse business and technical requirements to create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
– Test Planning & Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
– Test Planning & Execution: Execute test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
– Defect Management & Reporting: Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools.
– Defect Management & Reporting: Perform root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
– Defect Management & Reporting: Ensure timely closure of defects and retesting of fixes.
– Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
– Automation Testing: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
– Automation Testing: Improve test coverage through automation and reusable test frameworks.
– Performance & Security Testing: Support basic performance, load, and stress testing activities.
– Performance & Security Testing: Assist in identifying security vulnerabilities during testing.
– Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
– Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Support UAT activities and production release validations.
– Documentation & Quality Standards: Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards.
– Documentation & Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices.
– Documentation & Quality Standards: Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
– ISTQB Foundation / Advanced Level Certification.
– 0 to 2 Years of experience.
– Strong experience in manual testing and test case design.
– Experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
– Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
– Understanding of performance and security testing basics.
