ROLE
– Research and identify high-priority enterprise target accounts globally, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.
– Support highly personalized outbound GTM efforts across email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
– Prepare crisp CXO-level meeting briefs, talking points, and post-meeting follow-ups.
– Work closely with the US GTM Head during enterprise conversations and ensure momentum from first outreach to deal progression.
– Build and iterate customer-specific pitch decks, proposals, and GTM collateral.
– Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, and deal pipelines meticulously- ensuring zero drop-offs.
– Support fast-turnaround execution during active deal cycles, including late-night U.S. calls when required.
REQUIREMENTS
– A fresher or very early-career professional eager to learn enterprise GTM from the ground up.
– Based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane and comfortable working full-time from the office.
– Willing to work flexibly, sometimes unpredictable hours- this is not a 9-to-5 role.
– Exceptionally strong written and spoken English.
– Highly curious, analytical, and self-driven with strong research and structured thinking skills.
– Comfortable interacting directly with founders, senior CXOs, and global operators.
– High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and execution under pressure.
– Hungry, resilient, ambitious- and excited by steep learning curves and high standards.
– Motivated by real responsibility, judgment, and learning velocity rather than titles or credentials.
