ROLE
– Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
– Supervise, train, and mentor engineers and technicians
– Lead mechanical improvements to boost productivity and reduce manufacturing costs
– Ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory requirements
– Oversee installation, commissioning, and erection of new machinery
– Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement

REQUIREMENTS
– 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
– Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
