ROLE
– Observe and relay market information to the team for market understanding
– Ensure accurate data capture on ZOHO and Tracer for dispatch generated
– Quality control of material sourced at vendor locations and supplies to end destination
– Audit H&S of vendor and end destination locations and ensure compliance at all locations
– Create a comprehensive vendor network and ensure compliance with norm
– Visit partner locations to understand the market space
– Establish good rapport with local bodies and onboard new collection center networks
– Build partnerships to improve grassroot level collection systems and establish vendor network
– Support and ensure continuous supply chain for PRFs and MRF
– Source material for strategic partnerships with recyclers
– Execute sourcing from scrap dealers, waste picker colonies, DWCCs, corporate clients, ULBs, Gram Panchayat, communities, etc
– Arrange movement of material as per weekly operations plan
– Issue appropriate transport documents for dispatches and ensure proper compliance to norms
– Identify new end destinations and conduct audits to ensure compliances requirements
– Survey market and consolidate database of destinations for various products to maximize price realization
– Weekly reconciliation of rejection to material dispatched
– Support vendors for submitting invoices on VMS
– Monitor the quality of material supplied by the vendor and create appropriate debit notes
– Reconcile data after material is accepted at the end destination and pass of any debit notes
