ROLE
– Lead a team of project Lead Engineers to execute customer projects in collaboration with project engineering team and Technical Project Managers
– Guide the R&D support engineer in resolving issues by providing expert technical guidance
– Guide the Project Lead engineers in technical meetings and planning with other structural engineering Team Leads and TPM
– Address all project escalations and process them appropriately
– Ensure Quality and on-time Delivery of all engineering deliverables from INOPC to customer
– Collaborate closely with quality and implementation experts to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
– Ensure the team is adhering to the requirement of the L6S
– Implement Structural Engineering Strategy of OU and drive continuous improvement projects
– Train and coach team members to maintain the highest competency in the team
– Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
– GIS / Electrical substation knowledge and structural requirements of GIS
– Knowledge of Adonis, xECM, and other similar process modeling and mapping tools
– Good knowledge of process structuring and process management
– Good knowledge of Office tools
– Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering calculations, Codes, and Standards
– Knowledge of ANSYS and other analytical tools
– Knowledge of 3D modeling
– Experience with MS Office
– Advanced proficiency in STAAD, Idea StatiCA, and ETABS
– Familiarity with ANSYS and 3D modeling tools such as Tekla
