ROLE
– Responsible for meeting the revenue goals for the team on a quarterly & annual basis
– Ensure that the donor data is kept confidential
– Ensure a thorough understanding of WWF-India’s work & campaigns
– Lead the site operations for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities
– Responsible for Lead generations for Telefacing Team management
– Responsible for hiring of fundraisers through identifying talent, interviewing, shortlisting, and curating candidates
– Provide onsite training and coaching for constant Team development
– Ensure that desired code of conduct is maintained by the team
– Ensure that there is a Positive Team Environment through better conflict management and resolution mechanism
– Allocate equal opportunity and plan daily rosters to ensure parity and higher fundraising outcomes
– Donor and Stakeholder management
– Ensure necessary compliance with all donor information gathered and weekly reconciliation of donors acquired
– Ensuring all prospects are informed about WWF-India’s conservation work
– Monitor live calls and call recordings to ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and quality standards
– Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and constructive feedback sessions to improve agents’ performance
– Any other task reasonably requested by the organization
