ROLE
– Technical analysis & support: Preparation of O&M contracts, SOW, SOP, SLA with vendors/OEM
– Analytical: Monthly DGR for all CAPEX projects
– Analytical: Maintaining Breakdown sheet and module cleaning sheet for Data Analytics
– Analytical: Coordination with analytics team for KPI like PR, Plant availability and Generation guarantee
– Admin: Monthly P&L of individual O&M account
– Admin: Vendor registration, maintain all records of Vendors, handling their queries, budget allocation
– Admin: Customer and Vendor master database creation and updates
– Admin: General administrative tasks for commissioning and in preparation for O&M take over
– Process improvements: Update Customer complaint registers daily
– Process improvements: IMS adherence for entire Portfolio and input to ongoing development of the IMS systems
– Process improvements: Creation of tracker for failures of Inverter, sensor, modules, any equipment etc
– Process improvements: Spares management and inventory tracking
– Plant performance improvement: Identification of Low performance sites and improvement of the same by doing detailed RCA

REQUIREMENTS
– Education: B.E./B. Tech or M. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy
– Experience: 3 to 5 years in solar PV, preferably in IPP or EPC environments
– Technical Competencies: Technical coordination/report writing
– Technical Competencies: Costing of solar O&M projects
– Technical Competencies: Experience of working in document repository/control & Data analytics
– Technical Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, Power BI
– Technical Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Technical Competencies: Strong ability to multi-task to meet various deadlines
– Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
– Adaptability: Able to work effectively within an operations environment
