ROLE
– Align to the architectural vision for all IT systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints and business strategy
– Act as the central point of accountability for the quality and integrity of all data within the enterprise inventory
– Lead rigorous and proactive follow-up with application owners and technology stakeholders to ensure data discrepancies are corrected in a timely and accurate manner
– Chair data governance meetings to review quality metrics, track remediation progress, and conduct root cause analysis of errors to implement preventative measures and enforce accountability
– Serve as a key technical advisor, using strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence technology and architecture decisions across the organization
– Collaborate with technology partners to recommend and implement system enhancements, automated controls, and tools to improve data capture, maintenance, and overall quality
– Apply sophisticated analytical thought to diagnose and resolve complex technical, business, and data-related challenges
– Champion a robust risk management culture by assessing risk in all business decisions and ensuring all inventory data meets the stringent standards required for regulatory reporting, internal audits, and risk management processes
– Drive compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policy and applying sound ethical judgment in all business practices
REQUIREMENTS
– 10-12 years relevant experience
– Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
– Management and prioritization skills
– Ability to develop working relationships
– Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
– Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
– Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
– Methodical, attention to detail
– Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
