ROLE
– Identify and track relevant tenders
– Analyze RFP/RFQ documents, technical specs, and eligibility criteria
– Coordinate with internal teams for bid preparation
– Manage the complete bid submission lifecycle, including documentation and compliance
– Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle clarifications
– Prepare techno-commercial proposals, costing, and pricing strategies
– Review and negotiate contract terms
– Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk mitigation
– Track contract execution, milestones, and deliverables
– Liaise with government agencies, defence organizations, PSUs, and partners
– Coordinate internally for timely inputs and approvals
– Support sales team in deal closure and post-award execution
– Maintain documentation, bid repository, and audit-ready records
– Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
– Improve tendering processes and win-rate strategies

REQUIREMENTS
– 5–10 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or bid management
– Strong experience with GeM, government tenders, and defence procurement
– Good understanding of commercial terms, legal clauses, and compliance
– Strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills
– Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
– Experience in defence / marine / robotics / EPC sectors
– Exposure to international tenders and export documentation
– Understanding of Make in India / procurement policies
