ROLE
– Drive revenue and growth by achieving sales targets for our Agri-Inputs business across categories like Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, and Farm Implements in the defined territory
– Analyze market trends, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in your territory
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand
– Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and Saathi partner onboarding
– Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement for your team
– Work with and train the Saathi partners on product placement of AgroStar products in their outlets
– Establish short and long-term goals for the territory and strategies to achieve the same
– Responsible for Collections from the Saathi partners
– Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time

REQUIREMENTS
– A graduation in BSc agriculture or a related field is mandatory
– Should have at least 4+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry
– Ability to multitask
– Clear and effective decision-making, with an emphasis on a data-driven approach
– Should have managed a sales team before
– Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
– Should be open to travel at least 60% to 80 % of the time with a limited overnight stay
