Territory Sales Manager – Network Expansion (Delhi-NCR)

ROLE
– Lead generation through cold calls, extensive field visits, and engagement with real-estate networks to build a healthy pipeline
– Prepare and maintain a database of CPOs, commercial real-estate agents, landlords, and municipal contractors; monitor territory pipeline and take corrective actions
– Understand area-specific challenges and network urgency while scouting locations; prepare PDCA plans to meet targets within stringent timelines
– Identify local business partners as per approved network models
– Source leads interested in hosting charging stations or purchasing chargers
– Coordinate with city operations and technical teams to assess feasibility; engage with property owners strictly as per central SOPs and guidelines
– Maintain all records, registrations, and statutory documents
– Negotiate with landlords on scope of work, agreement tenure, rentals, security deposits, and annual increments and Execute rental and service agreements as per central legal requirements
– Work with city teams to collect documents and apply for power connections
– Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections across Delhi–NCR
– Develop and manage vendors and contractors for power applications, approvals, and meter energization
– Understand DISCOM-wise rules, tariffs, timelines, and regulatory requirements
– Track EV policies, traffic regulations, and tenders; share insights with leadership
– Ensure timely payment of power and rental bills to avoid operational downtime
– Maintain relationships with existing landlords / epump partners to ensure uninterrupted operations
– Coordinate with business, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience preferably 3-4 Years in sales / business development with ability to adapt to changing requirements
– Strong hustle and execution mindset with ability to challenge the status quo
– Creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
– Strong interest in the EV and energy sector
– Experience in EV, real estate, franchise scouting, or expansion roles preferred
– Strong deal-closing capability with ambition to grow and scale
– Ideal experience range of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
