ROLE
– Assist in provisioning and maintaining test environments in Azure and on-premises platforms.
– Support deployment of builds, patches, and configurations into test environments.
– Track, monitor, and report on environment availability, stability, and performance.
– Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure test environments are aligned with project needs.
– Help maintain an environment inventory, including versions, configurations, and usage schedules.
– Follow change management processes to ensure controlled and documented updates to test environments.
– Assist in managing incident logs and escalating issues when environment disruptions occur.
– Document environment setup, processes, and best practices.
