ROLE
– Execute experimental work for ongoing R&D projects as per defined protocols
– Perform wet-chemical analysis of in-house and external samples
– Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines
– Record experimental data accurately in Excel sheets on a day-to-day basis
– Prepare detailed technical reports in MS Word within assigned timelines
– Assist in data analysis and interpretation under guidance of reporting manager
– Coordinate effectively with R&D and QC teams for sample analysis and validation
– Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards
– Timely completion of assigned experimental tasks
– Accurate and systematic documentation of experimental data
– Compliance with lab safety and quality standards
– Effective collaboration with R&D and QC teams

REQUIREMENTS
– Must have completed full time degree in MSC in Inorganic/Metallurgy/Analytical/Physical
– Basic understanding of Inorganic and Solution Chemistry
– Strong documentation and data recording skills
– Good communication skills
– Planning and time management abilities
– Attention to detail and analytical mindset
