ROLE
– Own a defined vertical or geographic slice of the U.S. industrial market- building and maintaining a live, qualified lead list of 100+ prospects at any given time.
– Drive deeply personalized cold outreach via email and LinkedIn that achieves 8%+ reply rates- not open rates, reply rates.
– Source and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, and the Stanford alumni network- while constantly testing new sourcing channels.
– Hand off fully-briefed, calendar-confirmed leads to the T1 closers with a research brief so clean it can be used without editing.
– Disrupt the spray-and-pray SDR model- every message you send should be specific enough that it couldn’t have been sent to anyone else.
– Research beyond the obvious- going past company websites into 10-Ks, job postings, earnings call transcripts, and LinkedIn signals to uncover the real story.
– Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate research and writing- not to outsource thinking.
– Maintain extremely clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot- sloppy data costs the closing team real deals.
– Treat “no reply” as a puzzle to solve, not a rejection.

REQUIREMENTS
– A fresher or early-career professional who is genuinely curious about how businesses make and lose money.
– Based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane and comfortable working full-time from the office.
– Strong instinct for cold email writing- subject lines that earn opens, first lines that feel human, and emails that earn replies from strangers.
– Has actually used LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo in a real workflow to find qualified leads.
– Comfortable using AI tools daily as genuine accelerants for research and writing.
– Research persistence- you enjoy digging deep into public information to connect dots others miss.
– Attention to detail that is almost obsessive- you hate half-qualified leads and messy CRM entries.
– Resilient mindset- silence doesn’t discourage you; it motivates you to refine the approach.
– Has a real cold email they wrote that received a reply from someone they had no prior relationship with- and can show it.
– Has used HubSpot or any CRM as a daily discipline, not just a database.
