ROLE
– Shoot high-quality video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras across indoor, outdoor, client-site, and industrial locations.
– Ensure proper framing, exposure, continuity, and shot composition during shoots.
– Translate scripts and concepts into compelling visual stories through storyboards and shot lists.
– Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics, typography, and diagrams using Adobe After Effects.
– Perform color correction, grading, sound design, and optimize videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
– Handle end-to-end production from planning to execution while maintaining brand alignment.
– Organize footage, manage project files, and maintain production equipment.
– Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute engaging content ideas.
– Support photography and enhance visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
– Maintain and organize the video content library while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
– Stay updated with industry trends and propose ideas to improve video quality and storytelling.

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong hands-on expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, and audio systems.
– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
– Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic framing.
– Solid understanding of lenses, exposure, color theory, and shot continuity.
– Willingness to travel for shoots and work in industrial/tech environments.
– A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
– Passion for filmmaking, motion design, and visual storytelling.
– Experience with industrial or documentary-style video shoots.
– Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation.
– Graphic design capabilities.
– Prior experience with B2B or tech storytelling content.
