ROLE
– Design and implement SOPs for inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
– Maintain inventory accuracy across all locations
– Drive stock optimization, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and shrinkage control
– Lead cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation with ERP/WMS
– Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and ground staff across regions
– Manage and negotiate with 3PL partners and warehouse service providers
– Conduct performance reviews and capability building
– Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction
– Implement WMS enhancements and best-in-class warehousing practices
– Support new warehouse setup and expansion projects
– Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene standards
– Drive EHS practices and regular safety audits
– Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales
– Support new product launches and demand surges

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience managing Pan-India or multi-location warehouses
– Experience with 3PL management and scale-up environments
