ROLE
– Coordinate the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely invoice booking, fund approvals, and vendor payments.
– Track revenue from consultancy projects and ensure accurate settlements between vendors and customers.
– Monitor unbilled revenue and ensure timely invoicing.
– Perform inter-company reconciliation between power generation and billing.
– Support inventory management and reconciliations for procured, internally generated, and consultancy volumes.
– Manage customer and vendor reconciliations, customer account clearing, and ageing report analysis.
– Ensure KYC compliance during vendor and customer onboarding.
– Participate in SAP configuration and process enhancement activities, as required.

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
– Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
– Good communication and collaboration abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
