Analyst – Marketing
ROLE
– Oversee social and content: reach, engagement, and growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, plus content calendar and output tracking
– Handle performance marketing: spend, CAC, ROAS, and campaign results across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
– Track PR and brand: coverage, mentions, and share of voice
– Perform content updates: landing pages, blog posts, product pages, and SEO metadata
– Implement and QA pixels, events, and analytics tags
– Use AI to compress work, automate reporting, and prototype internal tools
– Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for the team
REQUIREMENTS
– AI-native: use AI tools daily to work faster
– Hands-on coding: comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Data fluency: comfortable with spreadsheets, basic SQL, and building/reading dashboards
– Bias for action: scrappy, resourceful, and able to ship without a lot of hand-holding
– Clear communicator who can explain numbers and trade-offs simply
– Experience with GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, or Zoho CRM
– Automation experience with Zapier, Make, or scripting
– Interest in EVs, clean energy, or sustainability
