ROLE
– Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
– Identify and onboard channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, and distributors
– Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
– Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
– Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
REQUIREMENTS
– 0-2 years of experience in solar, energy storage, power solutions, or related industry
– Strong understanding of BESS, solar systems, inverters, or power backup solutions
– Proven track record in B2B / project sales
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
– Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
