ROLE
– Drive sales growth of solar products through dealer engagement, distributor training, and customer interactions.
– Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar and electrical industry.
– Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure the brand remains their preferred solar solution provider.
– Conduct daily market visits to promote solar products.
– Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
– Convert leads into active dealers and channel partners.
– Negotiate with dealers and distributors to position the company as their preferred solar brand.
– Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.
– Maintain 30-day stock availability with channel partners for smooth order fulfillment.
– Track distributor stock movement and secondary / tertiary sales.
– Update daily visits, leads, and sales activities in the company’s sales application.
– Respond quickly to dealer queries and support requirements.
– Conduct dealer training programs and meetings to improve product knowledge and trust.
– Strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners to drive repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS
– Any Graduate
– 1–5 years in Solar Sales / Channel Sales / Electrical Product Sales
– Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar systems
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
– Comfortable with extensive field travel
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about renewable energy
