ROLE
– Oversee end-to-end management of EV assets across the lifecycle
– Ensure optimal utilization, performance, and uptime of the fleet
– Manage maintenance, repairs, and service partners
– Track asset health, cost, and inventory
– Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
– Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and SLAs
– Provide MIS reports and analytics to support decision making

REQUIREMENTS
– 10 to 12 years of experience in asset management / operations preferably in EV/Automotive / Fleet Industry
– Strong understanding of EV systems, maintenance & lifecycle
– Experience in vendor management and cost control
– Proficient in Excel and asset management systems
– Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
