REQUIREMENTS
– B.Com + M.Com equivalent qualification.
– 5–10 years of experience in Project Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
– Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
– Expertise in MIS preparation and reporting.
– Knowledge of project financing structures and debt instruments.
– Understanding of term sheets, loan agreements, and financing documentation.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.

Job Description Job Purpose The role is responsible for managing project finance MIS, lender coordination, financial planning & analysis, term sheet evaluation, debt documentation support, and reporting for ongoing and upcoming projects. The incumbent will work closely with lenders, internal stakeholders, finance teams, and project teams to ensure timely financial reporting, debt compliance, and project funding requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. MIS & Financial Reporting Prepare and maintain project finance MIS, dashboards, and management reports. Monitor project-wise financial performance, cash flows, funding status, and debt utilization. Generate periodic reports for senior management, lenders, and investors. Track key financial metrics, project budgets, and variance analysis. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial information. 2. Lender Management Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for project financing requirements. Manage lender information requests, due diligence requirements, and periodic reporting obligations. Monitor compliance with financing agreements and loan covenants. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and lenders. Support debt drawdown processes and utilization reporting. 3. Financial Planning & Analysis Develop project financial models and cash flow forecasts. Prepare long-term and short-term funding plans. Conduct financial analysis for new and existing projects. Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities. Evaluate project viability, returns, and funding requirements. 4. Experience 5–10 years of experience in Project Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Banking. Experience in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, EPC, Power, Manufacturing, or related sectors preferred. Exposure to debt financing, lender management, and financial modeling is highlydesirable. Required Skills Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Expertise in MIS preparation and reporting. Knowledge of project financing structures and debt instruments. Understanding of term sheets, loan agreements, and financing documentation. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
