ROLE
– Plan and implement CSR projects at the field level
– Work closely with communities, local stakeholders, NGOs, government bodies, and project/site teams
– Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
– Prepare reports, documentation, and impact updates
– Support programs in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood
– Coordinate CSR activities around civil construction/project sites, wherever required

REQUIREMENTS
– 6-7 years of experience in CSR or social development
– Strong field implementation background
– Experience in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, or Livelihood projects
– Basic exposure to civil construction or project site environments
– Good communication and coordination skills
