Proven experience in designing industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, or distribution centers Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering tools is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders. Problem Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design and construction challenges. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently Job Description: Design and Conceptualization: Develop innovative and practical design concepts for industrial buildings such as Control Room Building, Admin Building, Service Building , Gate Complex, Interior for Conference Room/Office Room/Toilets etc including Warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centres. This includes analysing site conditions, conducting feasibility studies, and producing preliminary sketches and layouts Technical Expertise: Possess a strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure compliance with safety standards, structural integrity, and energy efficiency Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to construction completion. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and resolving any design or construction-related issues that may arise Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and operational requirements. Provide professional advice and present design proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and incorporating their feedback into the final design Documentation and Drawing Production: Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
