ROLE
– Responsible for conceptualizing and delivering architectural designs aligned with engineering, operational, and environmental requirements
– Architectural Design & Planning including architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning
– Prepare 3D models and visualizations
– Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for the design review & approvals
– Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
– Prepare Architectural specifications and BOQs

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices
– Proficiency in SketchUp / AutoCAD/ 3D tools
– Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
– Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
– Working knowledge of Power Sector – Solar/Wind Etc.
