ROLE
– Oversee the team for key loan processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals and disbursals.
– Manage a team to support sales managers and their clients for loan approvals and disbursals.
– Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to achieve loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.
– Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
– Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
– Maintain accurate records of all loan processing activities and generate reports as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.
– Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– 5+ years overall experience in Loans and 2+ years team Management experience
– Any Degree
