ROLE
– Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost performance across the supply chain
– Drive COGS analysis, standard costing, and variance tracking across materials, production, and distribution to identify cost-saving opportunities
– Monitor and optimize end-to-end supply chain costs including freight, warehousing, and inventory holding, ensuring better cost-to-serve visibility
– Lead financial evaluation of capex, new initiatives, and process improvements within supply chain operations
– Build dashboards and MIS for tracking key metrics such as inventory turns, wastage, yield, and logistics efficiency
– Strengthen financial controls, ensure audit readiness, and drive process automation and standardization across supply chain finance
– Act as a business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing actionable insights to improve margins and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance / Costing / Business Finance
– Mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment
– Strong understanding of COGS, inventory management, and operational finance
– Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive business outcome
