– Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring timely submission and disbursement of payments per contract terms.
– Maintain accurate financial records related to partner contracts and project expenditures.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Rural Development, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
– 2–3 years of experience in project management, program implementation, or development sector initiatives.
– Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
– Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks, indicators, and reporting.
– Experience in data collection, validation, analysis, and documentation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong report writing and presentation skills.
– Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.

About the
Role
The
Associate will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation,
monitoring, coordination, and documentation of project activities across
Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The role requires close collaboration with
implementation partners, government departments, and local stakeholders to
ensure timely project delivery, compliance, capacity building, and quality
monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, stakeholder
management, documentation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to
work in field-based environments.

Stakeholder & Partner Management:
Manage

Requirements
Qualifications
