ROLE
– Visit charger locations for troubleshooting and issue resolution
– Perform routine maintenance and health checks of EV chargers
– Diagnose electrical, networking, and hardware-related issues
– Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and closures
– Ensure timely service response and uptime of chargers
– Maintain service reports and update issue status regularly
– Support charger installation and commissioning activities when required
– Follow safety and operational guidelines during field work

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma / ITI / bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or related field
– Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
– Willingness to travel extensively within MP & CG
– Ability to work independently on field assignments
– Good communication and reporting skills
– Experience in EV charging infrastructure or EV industry
– Experience in electrical maintenance or field service roles
– Knowledge of networking basics and charger communication systems is a plus
– Problem-solving attitude
– Hands-on technical mindset
– Interest in the growing EV ecosystem
– Ownership and accountability in field operations
