ROLE
– Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Attero and its business verticals.
– Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.
– Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.
– Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
– Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.
– Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
– Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.
– Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and content formats.
– Organize and maintain video assets.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Midjourney.
– Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
– Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
– Experience creating social media-first content and performance marketing creatives.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
– Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media preferred but not limited to the field.
– Portfolio showcasing social media, corporate, and performance marketing videos.
– Experience with B2B or technology brands is an advantage.
– Creative and proactive mindset.
– Strong understanding of social media trends.
– Ownership from concept to final delivery.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Interest in AI-powered creative tools.
