ROLE
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
– Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners
– Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
– Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration
– Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products
– Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
– Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability
– Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
– Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
– Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns
– Educate partners and customers on inverter and battery solutions
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends
– Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
– Monitor outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit cycles
– Minimize financial risk by adhering to company policies
– Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
– Support service teams in resolving product-related issues
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
– Handle queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
– Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
– Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency
– Provide market feedback and insights to management

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field
– Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution
– Good knowledge of territory management and market expansion
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
– Ability to work in a field sales environment
– Must own a two-wheeler
– Willingness to travel extensively
