ROLE
– Identify, engage, and build relationships with startups, investors, corporates, ecosystem organizations, government agencies, service providers, and other strategic partners; conduct outreach, schedule introductory discussions, and support onboarding across the Mosambi platform.
– Support the leadership team in developing internal strategic business documents that drive platform growth.
– Assist in preparing vision documents, product roadmaps, fundraising materials, partnership proposals, investor presentations, and business plans by conducting research, gathering inputs, organizing information, and ensuring documentation is accurate, well‑structured, and presentation‑ready.
– Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, creating required documentation, documenting discussions, and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
– Maintain strong relationships with partners while ensuring smooth communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
– Prepare partner‑facing materials such as presentations, proposals, partnership documents, meeting notes, reports, and other business documentation; ensure all documents are accurate, professionally presented, and readily available.
– Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, business opportunities, meeting outcomes, and follow‑up activities within the CRM system; track partnership pipelines, monitor progress, manage project timelines, and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.
– Conduct market research to identify potential partners, emerging opportunities, and ecosystem trends; develop target lists, collect business intelligence, and provide insights that support partnership strategy and platform growth.
– Collaborate closely with leadership, product, operations, research, and engineering teams to understand platform offerings and effectively communicate Mosambi’s value proposition; coordinate internally to ensure partnership commitments are executed successfully.
– Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnership progress, onboarding status, and business development metrics; continuously recommend improvements to business development processes, CRM management, and stakeholder engagement workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Business Analysis, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
– Experience interacting with senior management and external stakeholders.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple projects independently and stakeholder engagements.
– Proficiency with modern business productivity and project management tools.

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to support the growth of the
Mosambi
platform by
assisting
with partner outreach, stakeholder engagement, business coordination, and documentation. The role involves working closely with the leadership team to
identify
prospective partners, coordinate meetings, prepare business materials, manage CRM records, and ensure
timely
follow-up on ongoing discussions.
In addition to supporting external partnerships, the role will play a key part in strengthening
Mosambi's
internal business functions by
assisting
with strategic documentation, business research, partnership proposals, investor presentations, fundraising materials, product roadmap inputs, and other business planning initiatives. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop high-quality documentation, conduct market and ecosystem research, and support leadership in driving strategic business initiatives.

excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with senior management across startups, corporates, government organizations, investors, and ecosystem partners. Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement:

Requirements
Required Qualification

Technical Skills
