ROLE
– Own and manage a portfolio of small to mid-size client accounts
– Build strong client relationships and ensure successful engagement delivery
– Work closely with the Pre-sales team to understand client requirements and support solutioning
– Draft proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
– Identify opportunities to drive revenue through existing accounts
– Create impactful presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel
– Leverage LLMs/AI tools to improve productivity and deliverables
– Take ownership of assigned accounts while gradually managing a larger portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
– 0- 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Sales, or Consulting
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a conversational approach
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to quickly understand business and technical concepts
– Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work
– Curious, disciplined, accountable, and open to continuous feedback and learning
– Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution and follow-through
– Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or Consulting
– Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
– Experience creating proposals, client presentations, or solution documents
– Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying growth opportunities
