ROLE
– Support the BD team in validating the status of key regulatory, statutory and project-related approvals before execution of definitive agreements.
– Identify potential gaps, dependencies or execution risks and flag them proactively to the relevant internal teams.
– Ensure key client-specific requirements and commitments are clearly captured before signing.
– Take ownership of the client coordination process once the agreement is signed.
– Coordinate between the client and CleanMax’s Regulatory, Projects, Legal and other internal teams for required approvals, documentation and deliverables.
– Track all pending actions, dependencies and approvals and drive them towards timely closure.
– Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate issues where required rather than waiting for delays to occur.
– Work closely with the project team to track project development, construction progress, commissioning milestones and power supply readiness.
– Maintain a clear understanding of project timelines, critical dependencies and potential delays.
– Consolidate internal project updates and translate them into clear, concise and client-friendly communication.
– Organise and facilitate client site visits, project meetings and periodic review calls.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during project execution.
– Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
– Anticipate client concerns and resolve issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
– Ensure that commitments made to the client are tracked and closed within agreed timelines.
– Maintain a structured tracker for approvals, documentation, project milestones, client commitments and action items.
– Provide periodic project updates and highlight key risks, delays and decisions required from management.
– Work closely with the BD team to ensure seamless transition from commercial closure to project execution.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2 – 4 years of experience in project management, client servicing, renewable energy, infrastructure, power, regulatory coordination or a similar role.
– Working knowledge of Green Energy Open Access / power sector regulatory processes is preferred.
– Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with senior client stakeholders.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
– Strong ownership mindset — does not just track actions; drives them to closure.
– Ability to understand technical/regulatory issues and communicate them simply to clients.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
