ROLE
– Assist in ensuring compliance with the Corporate Laws and other applicable regulatory requirements.
– Aid in drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes of board and shareholder meetings.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information with internal and external stakeholders.
– Assist in coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
– Participate in the development, review, and updating of internal company policies and compliance manuals.
– Support the establishment and adherence to policies related to corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
– Maintain and organize company records, statutory registers, and other essential documents.
– Contribute to improving document management practices to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
– Work closely with senior team members to provide guidance on governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues.
– Assist in assessing legal and compliance risks, providing recommendations, and suggesting corrective actions where needed.

REQUIREMENTS
– Familiarity with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legislation.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in ensuring compliance with the Corporate Laws and other applicable regulatory requirements. | Support the preparation, review, and filing of required documents, annual returns, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). | Aid in drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes of board and shareholder meetings. | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information with internal and external stakeholders. | Assist in coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed. | Participate in the development, review, and updating of internal company policies and compliance manuals. | Support the establishment and adherence to policies related to corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. | Maintain and organize company records, statutory registers, and other essential documents. | Contribute to improving document management practices to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. | Work closely with senior team members to provide guidance on governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues. | Assist in assessing legal and compliance risks, providing recommendations, and suggesting corrective actions where needed. | Must be pursuing or recently completed a Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). | Familiarity with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legislation. | Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). | Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills. | Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. | Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. | Hands-on training with mentorship from industry professionals. | Comprehensive learning experience across all aspects of corporate secretarial functions. | Quarterly training assessments and certificates of progress, with a final certificate upon completion. | Exposure to corporate governance practices and company law applications in real-world scenarios.
