ROLE
– Ensure all businesses within the Marmon group adhere to the Marmon’s Compliance processes
– Support Marmon’s corporate compliance team with corporate compliance controls related to trade compliance laws
– Support trade compliance laws including sanctions, import and export regulations, anti-bribery laws
– Support Marmon business unit compliance risk assessments
– Compile compliance data for internal audits, regulatory reporting, and management review
– Apply critical thinking skills, support audits and adapt to different business requirements
– Test system controls and prepare flowcharts/Workflows for automation processes
– Participate in conference calls and virtual meetings during U.S time zone
– Use data analytics & visualization tools

REQUIREMENTS
– 2-3 years of experience in IT or corporate compliance or similar corporate controls and programs
– Trade related compliance experts, i.e., export and import compliance knowledge is desirable
– Experience with US multinationals with exposure to a wide variety of industrial sectors preferred
– Proficient in handling and managing compliance-related data for reporting and monitoring purposes
– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT or related field
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and internal procedures
– Ability to build productive relationships with team members and Marmon business units
– Hands on exposure to corporate Compliance programs or similar corporate controls
– 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, IT or regulatory role
– Excellent MS Office, MS excel, dashboarding reporting and analysis skills
– Excellent written and oral communication ability
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Excellent inter-personal skills

The position is to ensure that all businesses within the Marmon group adhere to the Marmon’s Compliance processes. Marmon is seeking a Compliance Systems Associate with strong technology organizational and analytical skills to support Marmon’s corporate compliance team with corporate compliance controls related to trade compliance laws including sanctions import and export regulations anti-bribery laws and Marmon business unit compliance risk assessments.

Mandatory Skills • 2-3 years of experience in IT or corporate compliance or similar corporate controls and programs. • Trade related compliance experts i.e. export and import compliance knowledge is desirable • Experience with US multinationals with exposure to a wide variety of industrial sectors preferred. • Proficient in handling and managing compliance-related data for reporting and monitoring purposes. Skilled in compiling compliance data for internal audits regulatory reporting and management review apply critical thinking skills support audits and adapt to different business requirements. • Experience in testing system controls and preparing flowcharts/Workflows for automation processes will be a plus. • Ability when needed to participate in conference calls and virtual meetings during U.S time zone (reasonable efforts will be made to choose times that are as mutually convenient as possible) • Ability to use data analytics & visualization tools.
