ROLE
– Operate the entire distillery complex with commitment, determination, energy and accountability to achieve the results
– Facilitate team working, support and encourage others
– Suggest new ideas to improve performance
– Create and maintain detailed records of production & operations
– Handle industrial relations, Labour & HR
– Collaborate and communicate with company’s support groups
– Demonstrate inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills
– Build and sustain excellent business relationships and high functioning teams
– Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness in the production facilities
– Participate in the hiring of production support staff
– Diagnose & resolve operational /manufacturing issues to increase operational efficiencies and cost control

REQUIREMENTS
– MBA Operation or B. Tech in Chemical or Alcohol Technology
– 18-22 years of experience as Site Head
– Advanced knowledge of distillery operations
– Demonstrated tolerance for the rigours of the shop floor challenges
– Talented, highly-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and willingness to be challenged
– Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere
– Experienced multi disciplined team facilitator for cross functional teams
– Exposure to safety critical operations
– ERP systems knowledge
– Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen
– Strong understanding of supply chain processes, continuous improvement methodologies, quality, safety, and environmental practices
