Job Description Role Overview: As a Civil Design Engineer (Renewable Energy), you will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and detailing of civil infrastructure for utility-scale renewable projects. This includes Module Mounting Structures (MMS), equipment foundations, and associated buildings. Key Responsibilities: Structural & Foundation Design: Perform RCC and steel structural design calculations for foundations (piles, raft, spread footings), Module Mounting Structures (MMS), Inverter Rooms (ICR/MCR), and high-capacity transformer supports. Site Development: Design site grading, internal access roads, cable trenches, drainage systems, and boundary walls to optimize the site layout Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to relevant international and local standards (e.g., IS, IEC, Eurocodes, ACI, and ASCE) BOQ & Estimation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and technical specifications for tendering and procurement purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering. Master's degree (M.Tech/M.E.) Knowledge & Skills: Strong expertise in civil design for infrastructure/energy projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD / ETABS / SAFE Ability to interpret geotechnical and survey data
