ROLE
– Prepare, verify, and process billing documentation, such as progress claims, invoices, and final accounts.
– Ensure accurate recording of materials, labour, and machinery for billing purposes.
– Monitor and track site activities to align billing with actual progress.
– Maintain proper documentation for all material consumption, receipts, and deliveries.
– Coordinate with the procurement team to reconcile actual material consumption with the planned BBS.
– Maintain detailed records of construction materials used on-site, including cement, steel, aggregates, and other consumables.
– Assist in reconciling material consumption with the bill of materials and ensure proper inventory control.
– Maintain and manage employee HR documentation for workers and subcontractors, including attendance, work permits, and safety records.
– Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures by maintaining quality documentation and inspection records.
– Assist in compiling quality checklists, material inspection reports, and testing records.
– Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure the accurate and timely submission of bills and reports.
– Assist in cost estimation, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports.
– Prepare monthly consumption reports and billing summaries for management review.
– Track and control site expenses to ensure that the project remains within budget.
– Support auditing, financial reconciliation, and maintaining transparency in project costs.
REQUIREMENTS
– 4-6 years of experience in site billing, construction management, and material reconciliation.
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software, including SAP.
– Certification or training in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields.
– Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety regulations.
– Experience working on large-scale projects, managing billing, material management, and documentation.
