ROLE
– Handling Multiple O&M Contracts from both Technical & Commercial aspects
– Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere
– Strong commercial acumen to ensure Customer commercial obligations and Praj profitability is maintained
– Strong Written & Oral Communication
– Strong Contract management skills to ensure smooth management of subcontractors
– Good Understanding of latest Digital Trends and implementation of same in Distillery Operations
– Good Administrative skills to handle Customer expectations of Site O&M performance
– Setting Benchmarks on Operational Improvements at sites
– Strong Industry Connect & and access to Industry talent to run distillery Operations
– Ensure O&M costs are in line within the budgets
– Ensure all SOPs are followed at sites
– Able to implement safety practices at multiple sites
– Strong commercial knowledge
– Strong in stakeholder management
– Strong Process alignment and establishment of SOPS at O&M sites
– Ensuring all compliances to ensure Customer documentation process are met
– Should travel to site and client HO for site & contractual issues
– Diagnose & resolve operational & technical issues to increase operational efficiencies and cost control
– Able to tackle manpower challenges for multiple sites
– Strong understanding of supply chain processes, continuous improvement methodologies, quality, safety

REQUIREMENTS
– MBA shall be an added advantage
– 15 to 20 years of experience in total out of which a. 10+ years in leadership role in heading large distillery operations OR b. Operations maintenance experience of over 10+ years and running distillery operations for 10 years
– Exposure to safety critical operations
– ERP knowledge would be an added advantage
– Demonstrated performance of handling multiple sites/ operations
