Preparation of Written Practice & its monitoring NDE planning 2. NDE Procedure preparation & Approval 3. NDE Procedure demonstration to Authorized Inspector 4. Training to NDE Personnel as per Written Practice 5. Conducting TOFD & PAUT as per approved procedure and its monitoring 6. NDE documentation approval from Authorized Inspector and Facing ASME Audit by Team Leader 7. ASME Code review for New Edition & Addenda and implementation of Coe changes Additional Responsibilities: 1. Preparation & Approval of Project Specific Procedures 2. Preparation of Project specific NDE test plan. 3. Resolving the technical query raised by NDT Level-I Educational qualifications preferred Category: Bachelors Field specialization: BE (Mechanical) Fabrication Technology & Erection Engineering, BSc Metallurgy Degree: Bachelors of Engineering, Bachelors of Science Required Certification/s: 1. ASNT NDT Level -II in RT, PT, UT, MT & VT methods Required work experience Industry: Role: Years of experience: 8 - 10 Required Competencies: 1. ASNT NDT Level -II in RT, PT, UT, MT & VT methods 2. Practical experience in inspection of pressure vessel, heat exchangers, process equipment, column, boilers, dryers, Modules. 3. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. 4. Thorough knowledge of ASME Code - Section-VIII Div 1, Section -II, Section-IX, Section-V, EN Standards 5. Knowledge of manufacturing process like welding, forming rolling, pickling passivation, grinding, cutting. 6. Knowledge of material and its manufacturing process.
