ROLE
– Develop and maintain a multi-criteria site screening and ranking process across the U.S. portfolio
– Translate site rankings into a prioritized development action plan
– Lead commercial engagement with high-load digital customers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and enterprise anchor tenants
– Structure the energy and digital commercial interface
– Support M&A and capital formation processes
– Build the in-house tooling, databases, and repeatable development processes
– Manage and develop the existing offtake and RFP organization

REQUIREMENTS
– Substantive experience in renewable IPP development and digital infrastructure siting
– Multi-market grid experience across at least two of PJM, MISO, ERCOT, and SERC
– A track record of converting late-stage development assets into executed commercial transactions
– Established relationships with hyperscale and colocation development and site selection teams
– Experience building systematic screening and analytical tools for use across a multi-market development portfolio
– Ability to operate at an investment committee level
