ROLE
– Manage and expand network of dealers and distributors across India
– Ensure active engagement and regular billing from dealers
– Identify inactive dealers and drive reactivation plans
– Strengthen distributor performance and accountability
– Increase per dealer billing and monthly active dealers
– Drive repeat orders and improve secondary sales
– Monitor dealer-wise performance and create action plans
– Implement structured targets for distributors and dealers
– Design and execute dealer incentive schemes, trade offers, and promotions
– Track ROI of schemes and ensure profitability
– Launch seasonal and performance-based schemes
– Ensure proper communication and adoption of schemes in the market
– Plan and execute dealer tours, meets, and engagement programs
– Conduct regular market visits with distributors and sales team
– Build strong relationships with key dealers
– Gather market intelligence
– Identify new markets and appoint new distributors/dealers
– Ensure strong presence in high-potential territories
– Drive rural and semi-urban penetration
– Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and billing teams
– Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
– Resolve dealer/distributor complaints quickly
– Track KPIs like active dealers, dealer productivity, distributor performance, and scheme effectiveness
– Use CRM/ERP tools for reporting and decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong experience in distribution & channel sales management
– Ability to manage large dealer network at scale
– Expertise in scheme design & execution
– Strong analytical mindset
– Excellent leadership and field execution skills
– High ownership and result-oriented approach
