ROLE
– Supervise implementation of Internal Planning, Project Management, Quality & Business Excellence systems & controls across Brigade Group
– Involve in implementation of: Project Planning & Management Framework
– Involve in implementation of: Knowledge Management Framework
– Involve in implementation of: Quality Manual Process models such as CMM, CMMI and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
– Implement ‘Brigade Standards of Excellence’
– Identify Quality certifications linked to Organizational strategy and provide inputs to the Head – Planning, Quality & Systems
– Conduct quality audits along with external agencies
– Prepare reports as per approved inspection and test plans
– Assist in the smooth migration of all legacy systems & processes to SAP
– Work closely with all Internal Departments to address integration issues
– Work closely with the Manager – Training to coordinate training of employees across Departments on EHS regulations & standards
– Maintain a database of all EHS documents, notifications, inspection & audit documents, certifications and other related documentation
– Lead the development of periodic Department MIS

REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of the Regulatory Framework

– Knowledge of Quality Systems & Certifications
– Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools and Software
– Qualification: BE in Civil with 5+ years of experience
– At least 5 years’ experience in the Quality & Business Excellence Function within the Real Estate industry
