ROLE
– Support implementation of CSR projects at field locations
– Coordinate civil construction-related CSR works such as school infrastructure, healthcare facilities, community assets, renovation, repair, and development work
– Work with local communities, vendors, contractors, NGOs, and site teams
– Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and basic site execution
– Support CSR initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood
– Maintain project records, reports, bills, measurements, and progress updates

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
– 6-7 years of field experience
– Experience in civil construction/site execution work
– Exposure to CSR or community development projects will be preferred
– Good coordination and reporting skills
