ROLE
– Carry out PDI inspection as per Customer specification.
– Carry out FQC inspection as per control plan.
– Carry out in process inspection as per control plan.
– Responsible for maintaining records and documents as per IATF 16949:2016 requirement.
– Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment in Quality.
– Perform root cause analysis for cost of poor quality on shop floor.
– Complete any other assignments given by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
– Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes.
– Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards.
– Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
– Good observation, communication and documentation skills.
– Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
– B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths.
– 3-4 years in Quality, preferably in battery/Li-ion/lead-acid manufacturing.
