ROLE
– Work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes
– Observe manufacturing processes and quality control activities
– Communicate findings and maintain documentation related to quality
– Apply quality control tools and techniques such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes
– Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards
– Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong observation, communication and documentation skills
– B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study path
– 2‑4 years of experience in Quality, preferably in battery/Li‑ion/lead‑acid manufacturing
